Согласна с вашим восторгом по поводу самшита. У дедушки в Багдати (когда-то давно) был забор из самшита в человеческий рост. Красиво. И корни самшита хорошо горят в камине, приятный аромат.

Оч мило! Саирме переводится как Оленье. Вода там разная (лечит почки, желудок, печень), надо пить по назначению врача, конечно. Эффект потрясающий. Лично мне нравится намного больше воды Карловых Вар. По дороге в Саирме раньше было форелевое хозяйство, где можно было купить живую форель. Сейчас его нет. Но есть несколько кафе у реки, где готовят свежевыловленную рыбу. Если будете в Имеретии летом или осенью, попробуйте молодого поросенка или цыплёнка под ежевичным соусом. Соус этот региональное. Лобио был кисловат, скорее всего, изза уксуса в составе. Еще рекомендую форель в ореховом соусе. 👌🏻👍🏻
