According to the Yellowjackets Fandom Wiki, Misty is the equipment manager. I don't recall if they specifically call her that in any episodes.

Fyi, the thing about the oxygen mask not coming down for Van didn't matter.
Oxygen masks are for if you're high enough up that the air doesn't have enough oxygen (ie: airplane cruising altitude). Most people don't know this, but the oxygen masks only supply like 10 minutes of oxygen max because the idea isn't for you to breathe through it the entire way. It's just so that if the cabin pressurization fails, to give you enough time for the pilots to get the plane to lower altitude where the air is breathable.
If you're low enough that you can see the trees approaching, you're definitely low enough for the air to be breathable! So, yeah, Van moving to another seat would have been a bad move.
She was better off staying strapped in for impact.

I haven't! The characters I assumed were alive are the ones alive in the flash forward. Except the coach, I figured he died because he was the only real adult figure, so I went off context clues. :D
