- Today Neighbor Dan and I are at Marco's Pizza trying Mike's Hot Honey Pepperoni Magnifico Pizza. The pizza combines the flavor of Marco’s popular Pepperoni Magnifico pizza - featuring house-made dough, traditional pepperoni, crispy Old World Pepperoni, romesan seasoning, signature sauce recipe, and fresh, never frozen cheeses, all drizzled with the sweet heat of Mike’s Hot Honey.

Nice, you should try Snyder's Nashville Hot pretzel pieces.
Some already said chicken but I was also thinking sweet potato fries. I know the sweet potatoes are already sweet but the heat with sweet would make it even better. A treat once in awhile.

Hi ya Cathy & Neighbor Dan, Darn it’s 3:20am & I REALLY want that PIZZA! lol but I settled for Saltine crackers 🤨 I have never heard of that pizza before today. Wonder if my son has ever tried the Hot Honey? I’ll have to ask him since we both like a bit of heat/spice & that sounds yummy. Wanted pepperoni pizza all day. I use honey on pancakes, waffles, crepes, and French toast. Can stand pancake syrup or maple syrup.

Any large pizza like this that only to a total cost of $12.06 definitely has me suspicious as to the quality of it.
Sans the tsunami of grease, a lesser sauced pizza is the one for me. Now if you restrict the cheese, this means War PEACOCK! (hope you get the reference) - Little Caesars is so salty, I am not sure how you're able to taste the sweeter sauce. hehe I love those lil cups of well done pepperoni on Marco's, though. YUM.

Before Hot Honey, I first heard of honey with pizza at a Chicago Deep Dish pizza place. It turns out they would eat the "biscuity" crust with the honey. They sell Mikesells chips at Target. I made my own "HOT HONEY" by gently simmering 6 habanero peppers (seeds and all) with a 12oz "bear bottle" of honey for 10 minutes. It's spicy as hell, but the spiciness mellows out after a few days. The honey is much thinner because of the water from the 6 peppers. Its about 25% less viscous than normal honey. I made my own because they'd never make HOT HONEY spicy enough for me.

Honey, red pepper flakes, apple cider vinegar and you have hot honey. Fraction of price. Better with all beef pepperoni. None of the big pizza chains have all beef pepperoni because their pizza is crap. The other pizza chains use fake honey which is mostly corn syrup.
Honey is 40% fructose, 30% glucose and 17% water, with the remainder being other sugars, carbohydrates and a small amount of vitamins and minerals. Table sugar is 99.9% sucrose,
Sucrose is just a glucose and a fructose molecule together. So this is akin to putting water down table sugar on pizza with some spices.

Nope. Glucose and fructose have different sweetness than sucrose. Your logic is akin to saying that sodium and chlorine are the same as sodium chloride.
Mikes Hot Honey is supposed to be spicy. Just Googled it and it's infused with Chili peppers for a "Tasty sweet heat"

On honey: I am not a honey person, but some people put it on chicken, toast that I know of. Maybe a salad or something? On watches: RUDE RUDE RUDE - how could anyone besmirch our national treasure - Cathy!?!?!? First, there is not just one kind of woman and being "feminine" doesn't make her special or better. Sounds like the controlling person you end up being murdered by on a True Crime channel. Whatever. I wore watches for years (this guy would have really hated my Casio watch long ago) but then they started bothering my wrist and I would leave them on my desk at work. The more i used a phone, I stopped wearing them. But think about it - phones die, phones have problems all the time so having a watch or an alarm clock around is not a bad thing. It may be more nostalgia or comfort. I do actually, though, use my phone as my alarm now, so I see what you mean, and the time is more accurate on a phone or computer as it is satellite. But I still have alarm clocks hanging out in a box. LOL The one thing I do hate about Apple Watches: whenever you are in a conversation (or even conducting a job interview or meeting), it is the epitome of rudeness to see people continuously check their dings on their apple watch. People need serious deprogramming! One good thing about an Apple Watch, however, is you can customize them to measure heart rate or BP or even sugar levels and stuff. So good and bad!

I just tried the Marcos Hot Honey Magnifico pizza. Meh🫤...To me it had a "slightly" sweet taste, but no spicy "hot" taste. It's okay if you like sweet with your pizza. I'll stick to the regular Magnifico pizza.
