- An Ungentlemanly Act (1992), restored and remastered by BritBox UK, and streaming in HD for the first time. Stuart Urban's Falklands war film An Ungentlemanly Act, transpires during the first few hours and days of the Falkland Islands War. Ian Richardson portrays the political head of the Falklands, who, surprised by the invasion by Argentineans, focuses on getting his wife to a secure location just as much as he does on protecting his citizens. Major Mike Norman (Bob Peck) leads an elite group of soldiers in combat against the enemy. Meanwhile, the citizens of the islands discover how their previously placid lives have been altered by the beginning of the war.

Thats the best reproduction of An Ungentlemanly Act that I've seen. High 5s.
Por fin un actor argentino para interpretar a un argentino. Cansado que contraten a otras entias hispano hablantes para intentar hablar con nuestro acento.
Could you say that in English, I can't understand your thick Argentine accent...
@@catpainblackudder01 No hablo ni escribo inglés. Usá el traductor automático como yo lo hago.
@@catpainblackudder01 finally an argentine to act has an argentine the problem is in movies you see another latin act as an argentine and the difference in accent is very noticeable
@@catpainblackudder01 yeah he says that the Falklands belong to the English
The Falklands gonna be argentine again...
My scene
This film is a must see, a proper definition of true British wit in the face of adversity, with lashings of dark humour with many of the punch lines actually true..proud of my country and kin..."British by Birth, English by grace of God"..as im sure my two neighbourly cousins are in their ends,🏴🇬🇧..
A pretty accurate account
The truth is that Great Britain needed help from the US, France and Chile to win the war.
That is true. However, the feat of actually assembling the task force and fighting to retake the islands was entirely British.
Get lost.
@@ryanelcock948 The truth is annoying, isn't it?
It's close, but not exactly how the radio presenter acted in real life,,,give him some credit!😂
Indeed! I just listened to the original broadcast. The presenter was calm through the whole process.
