APF / maida-1 cup
baking powder-1/2 tsp
baking soda-1/4 tsp
oil-1/3cup
sugar -1/2 cup
lemon juice-1tsp
Almond essence-3/4 tsp
Vanilla essence-1/4 tsp
Almonds -1/2 cup
water 2-3 spoon to bind.

My biscottis over cooked in 25 minutes, started to smoke and very crumbly. I added all ingredients like you instructed. My dough was good too like yours. They were too crumbly to cut for second round of baking. I’m still loving the taste, just very crumbly. Any idea?

Yes u can bake on gas for about 35-40 min on low medium flame....then again on same flame for about 15-20 min.both side ...keep checking and time may vary depending on vessel you choose to bake
