I think Outerknown's actually pretty cool and reflects his life at the moment (more mature, etc...) than quicksilver! I think it brings some sophistication and sharpness (for lack of better words) to surfwear while still maintaining its roots.
kelly is super chill
Outerknown seems like a good clothing company but I'm not paying 80 bucks for a button down shirt. Surfers used to be broke ppl just looking for a good wave and good times. Now any surfing apparel costs north of 50 bucks
I've watched many of Graham's interviews and Kelly Slater is the only person who rubs me the wrong way.
Why?
Yeah why? Dude is straight up and down to earth. Only problem i see from him is missing his daughter grow up which is huge. Go make up for lost time the beat you can Kelly. You NEVER get one second back!!!
His line is way to expensive for the average person to afford. $120 for a knit hat and $450 for a pullover. Sure lots of people pay $280 for cargo pants.
