Thank you Dr. Hong 🌟 I have been listening to you since the start of the pandemic and find your talks so helpful and interesting - thank you ☺️ Neither I or my children ever took the covid shot and we have not had Covid or ANY illness since 2018 ( last flu ) We embraced many healthy eating and exercise habits abd though exposed many times never felt the slightest or tested positive. We eat lots of fresh garlic, use zinc tablets, and go for long daily walks outside. My son is 19 going to college but living at home, all his vaxxed friends have been ill with all kinds of things. I hope our good practices continue ti carry us thru this pandemic. Also, we dont eat perfect, we enjoy dessert after dinner almost nightly- chocolate 🍫 feeds my soul - lol! Too many people ignores the little things, and the food we eat everyday. While they don't have immediate effects like medicines. These good habits add up to our overall wellness. We don't have to eat perfect, but rather eat balanced. Eating things that we enjoy benefits us psychologically. Mental wellness is also part of the big picture. Thanks again for the blessing. Hello, a video on MTHFR would be appreciated. 40 % of the population has this mutated gene and don't know it. Is just switching to methylated B12 and folate the best way to combat the effects of this gene on our health. I was tested and I have the gene I inherited from my mother. I have been taking the forementiond vitamins and see a huge difference for the better.

Thoroughly tested to see if DNA can get incorporated in these products into the human genome - they cannot. Regulatory authorities also check the chemical composition of all batches before they are released. To get DNA fragments into your DNA you need to have the enzyme DNA integrase. Humans do not produce it. Some viruses do. e.g. HIV. Dr Buckhaults said he has done experiments where he has been able to get DNA incorporated into human DNA but he did not mention what the experiment were. Most likely he used a technique that is used to treat genetic disease. You can put a normal human gene into a virus and the virus will inject the DNA into your genome (the virus has DNA integrase). This is not a naturally occurring process. The mRNA vaccines do not have DNA integrase in them!

I have had my whole genome sequenced at 40x coverage before the vaccine (2 doses of Comirnaty). I can have it sequenced again and see if anything changed.
