Grassy Ridge Bald - Roan Mountain, TN

Join us as we hike the 5 mile Grassy Ridge Bald. This is a very popular area for hiking and is absolutely beautiful. This grassy bald is the longest stretch of grassy bald in the Appalachian Mountains.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful video guys.. We have been to Roan Mt. our 1st visit here to TN before we actually moved/retired here. It was in the month of Oct which they had the Rhododendron Festival which the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Seeing this natural beauty surrounds us everyday is why we love living here in TN and a good reason not to move back to VA.
