Thank you so much, this helps me a lot. I've just reboot my phone, update my system, and unstall and re-install messenger so many times, I dont know that my phone is just on Do Not Disturb mode.

I just went through all of this, futilely, and while getting details for describing my situation I realized I hadn't tried the universal fix: restart phone! That fixed the problem. Maybe it was in your video and I didn't notice.
Another fun fact: updating Messenger to the current version (same on both phones) it has a different interface between my Pixel and Samsung phones. However after reinstalling it on my Pixel, the same version had functional changes to the interface! ...love to hate tech...

My profile messages are coming and it's notifying me as well. And it pops up chat head also but my Facebook page messenger is not notifying me at all. No sounds, no chat heads, nothing. Only for fb page its mute completely. Any solution please
