When I make rice I make extra
for making rice and bean burgers
and using day old rice for stir-fries
like this one.
I usually throw some Maisstärke in the sauce
to thicken it a little and make it a bit more gloopy.

I make this recipe too but i add a spoon of peanut butter in the sauce. It gives a really nice flavor. Do try :)

Peanut butter, chilli and soy sauce
makes a fabulous dressing for noodles
I add the peanut butter to lentils too after it's cooked, it adds protein and flavour
