When I went to listen to this, I expected to be disappointed. “Lucky Man” is one of my favorite songs, and I consider it a hard song to cover properly. Well, when I watched it, I was left dumbfounded! Fantastic job, my hats off to you!
Yesterday was Coops birthday I made a statement wishing he'd do the entire lyrics in concert. Thank you dead ringer
Greg Lake reincarnated! What a beautiful cover. Outstanding musicians and very well done throughout all they're covers. 🫡🙏🇺🇸
Thanks so much, Steve, and thank you for your service!
A fine Tribute to Greg and Keith.
Well done !
Ein tolles Cover !!!! Ein großes Lob an alle Mitwirkenden !!!!
Close my eyes and I think I'm listening Emerson Lake and Palmer thank you
WELL DONE PEOPLE...spot on !!!
This band is amazing. As tight as they are,, one would think they rehearsed and performed together every day.
What a lucky drummer!
Damn mark! Best ever! Great drummer VAN man!! Keyboard killed it
Hiya, a Truly Great Song, and that was a Truly Great Cover. The original was perfect, but I'd gof that 99% which brloeve me is a massive compliment. Im 69 from Seaton in Devon UK and I loved through that era. Truly astonishing cover WELL DONE ❤
I first heard that song in 1970. A buddy of mine and I went to a music store in Memphis to pick out some LPs and the store owner was playing that song on a new stereo system. The store was packed and when that Moog Synthesizer kicked in, we all just freaked out! I'm 71 now and I still enjoy listening to that song. Once you're a metal head, you'll always be a metal head😎 I'm still rockin' after all these years
Oh my gosh have not heard such a rendition is so long I'm a ELP fan from way back when. Excuse me but great f****** job!
When that moog kicked in I got chills! Good cover!
Wow this was really great!!!! Good job everybody
Found this unexpectedly, and I'm glad... Very very nicely done... seems different ages and styles of music they are into, of the group members ... but this is gorgeously sincere... I guess that it touched Greg Lake, where he is now... it really touched me on a personal level... I am really really moved by this cover.. Feel like a Lucky Man today.. great replica of Emerson's moog solo at the end with Palmer's drumming 👏👏👏👏👏❣️
So glad the synth was there at the end. Had a lot of fun watching.
Technology never ceases to amaze me, the organ that Keith Emerson played the original recording on has been shrunk into one that can be slung on a strap over your shoulders!!!
Didn’t Episode used to cover this? Great job guys. Mark you look and sound fantastic! ❤
Yes we did. Tween this and Nights In white Satin and Natures Way that is when the bar fights would break out.
Strong Like! 👍
Il brano é importantissimo la cover superba! Bravissimi.
I am getting the biggest goose bumps listening to the phenomenal performance of this tune! You people are magnificent!
If youre gonna tackle songs like you guys do,you gotta nail it.........which you guys do love it
Great job with a great classic.... Keyboard guy nailed the ending!
wow, love this!!
WOW! You guys did Great with a classic. Thanks for taking me back to my early years, when music, WAS MUSIC.
WHO is that beautiful brunette lady on the right of the stage? 😂 Doug, you couldn’t be any more spot on! ❤
Matt Osterholts daughters sang back up on many of these earlier years tunes
I had no idea at the start this would so good. And everyone doing their parts so well. Not a weak link in the bunch. Then add the fact that this is ELP and those guys were tremendous musicians (Carl still is, of course).
Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dan Van Schindel ...my very first live drummer performance i ever saw!!!!!!!!...Will never forget!
Cool 🤘😎✨ Your IVR 😎
Мне уже 64, а эту тему я слышал лет 30 назад как минимум...
Kick Ass version!
I've been watching the 2022 videos and this popped up. This is an amazing group of musicians who really play their hearts out when they get together. Thanks for posting these videos!
Great cover! And was super-happy to hear the synth at the end, didn't think there was gonna be one even though it's an essential part of this tune.
This one which I just watched and listened to, also handles the synthesizer Solo in a way I had completely not expected.

My thoughts exactly about the ending on this one I saw Emerson Lake and Palmer play this live in summer of 1972 exactly 40 years prior to this video. great job by everyone thanks
This song is the most recognizable song by ELP for most people. It was their biggest hit!!
That's a fact!
Very nice 🙂
An excellent rendition
Most Excellent~!

A tear in my eye. Haven't heard it in years. Good job. Delicate in your heavy way. Second time listening. Worth it.

That was absolutely fantastic!
This song was going through my head all day!!!!
Somebody yesterday mentioned ELP in relation with I-don't-remember-already, never mind. So, I tried to find good enough video on their 'Lucky man' which is emblematic to them, by my opinion at least... Couldn't find but here's a really good cover: *ELP Emerson, Lake and Palmer - Lucky Man - Neighborhood Band 2012*
Congrats, guys and gals!
Great cover.

Where are these shows being perfomed? city & state? If it's nearby I might have to make a road trip!
Dam # 1 Wheeling Illinois.
Sunday before Labor Day
I'm wondering if this is the first year theywere making thes videos.
No way! !! They have been making music videos as far back as 2008 that I have been able to find!
Are the Osterholt girls twins?
I now know which one is Zuri, seeing her sing in a later video!
Very good attention to detail and great control of the background vocals. Love your performances but keyboard guy is always a bit obnoxious.
