Well... interesting... but no bench was made 'inside' a 2U server case, where airflow is really important and fan size and form can have a huge impact. As such, all those numbers that were given in the video won't really be useful for any real-life situation...
For my 65w CPUs I use a SilverStone Technology SST-NT07-115X-USA. It's actually a 1u cooler but its great. I have a 95w CPU that I use the thermalright x47 all copper. I don't have anything beyond a 95w in 2u. In rackmount cases make sure your intake and exhaust fans are pressure optimized.

Is that the ID cooling V3 version? I had different results and the ID Cooling beat the Noctua.
IS- 55 does not have a v3 version at this time, only IS-50x and IS-40x
