Hi Ken, glad to see you will still have many berries to enjoy this harvest 😊 I figured out a strategy for freezing. I clip off each berry with my kitchen shears just above the stem, put in fridge without washing leaving the stem on, once cold it is so much easier to twist off stem without any damage and then I wash each berry and place on a parchment paper lined tray into the freezer and then later I put in ziploc bags. This works great since I am only on 2nd year harvest of 3 year olds and have much less to harvest for now 😊
Soon i will pick my first ever (thorned variety) boysenberry. Many are red and turning purple. About a week away. I watch your channel often, people dont appreciate what we grow😂 cant wait!
