How to Fix iPhone can't Hear Caller in Received Calls and can't Hear Me in iOS 14.4?

iPhone 12 Pro Max can't hear received calls, Can't hear calls on on my iPhone in iOS 14, Can't hear anything on phone calls, not able to hear calls on iPhone 7, iPhone 7 can't hear caller and they can't hear me in iOS 14.4, people can't hear me on iPhone 11 Pro Max.

This video is very informative. I tried everything, and some sounds went away...but...my ONLY problem was during calls, people could hear me but I could not hear them. I called tech support, they got it on first try.................. Solution 8. Turn on Wi-Fi Calling. Settings, Phone, Turn on Wi-Fi Calling. It was off on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I hope it helps!

If the “Rest Network Setting” doesn’t solve the issue permanently, then it’s a hardware issue, the sound chip needs to be replaced at a mobile repair shop.

Airplane mode!!! That did the trick. Resetting network settings didn’t fix it but turning on and off airplane mode did the trick. Thanks again.
