🤫 Simple ingredients and method
Bread of choice
Ricotta cheese
Shiitake mushrooms
Basil
Sea salt and black pepper
Truffles
Olive oil

Step 1 : Cut the bread to your desired size and toast it in a pan. Please do not use olive oil at this time.

Step 2 : Add olive oil and saute the washed mushrooms in the skillet. and season with salt. let them brown. after about 3 min, add basil to the skillet.

Step 3 : Add ricotta cheese to toast and top with the mushrooms. add truffles and black pepper. yummy! 😋

🤫 재료와 방법은 간단해요
- 원하는 빵
- 리코타 치즈
- 표고버섯
- 바질
- 소금과 후추
- 트러플
- 올리브 오일

1단계: 빵을 원하는 크기로 잘라 팬에서 구워해주세요. 이때는 올리브 오일을 사용하지 않아요.

2단계: 올리브 오일을 넣고 표고버섯을 팬에서 볶아주세요. 소금으로 간을 해주고, 노릇하게 익히세요. 약 3분 후에 바질을 팬에 넣어주세요.

3단계: 토스트 위에 리코타 치즈를 바르고 표고버섯을 얹어주세요. 그리고 트러플과 후추를 추가하면 끝. 맛있게 즐겨보세요! 😋
