🤫 Simple ingredients and method
- Bread of choice
- Ricotta cheese
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Basil
- Sea salt and black pepper
- Truffles
- Olive oil

Step 1 : Cut the bread to your desired size and toast it in a pan. Please do not use olive oil at this time.

Step 2 : Add olive oil and saute the washed mushrooms in the skillet. and season with salt. let them brown. after about 3 min, add basil to the skillet.

Step 3 : Add ricotta cheese to toast and top with the mushrooms. add truffles and black pepper. yummy! 😋
