i cannot connect to LG app the wifi aero tower is giving is AT_410_AFAN_910604_WW_XXXX not the same as LG app or the online troubleshooting. still have no success connecting to the thinq app

The fan better bring an extra breeze because I spent like 400 dollars on a dyson bladless fan and ita crap!
