Показывали недавно, как в Японии, на старейшем заводе, сейчас отливают аллюминивые болванки - также в форму с землей/песком. Походе как тут. Но рабочие только в робах и ботинках. И завод крытый т.к. климат не позволяет.

There will not be too much expenses on providing PPEs to Workers, they are very Hard Workers should be on Top Priority of every thing, instead using Fork Lifter an Over Head Crane should have been Installed in this Foundry as when they Take Orders they should arrange such Facilities and Tools as well. Fettling Work is Poor quality, not done perfectly before sending for Machining.
