By getting mad, Trump admits that he is all of what Obama said b/c if you were not any of the things that Obama listed, the normal reaction would be: that's right and he wasn't talking about me. Why? Despite a promise of transparency, Obama and then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi made sure that the final negotiations were held behind closed doors.
And who can forget the disastrous Obamacare rollout? Aside from website problems, there was evidence that the Obama administration fudged enrollment numbers to make it appear more successful and popular than it really was. Basically, everything connected to Obamacare was plagued with failure. The 23 taxpayer-funded healthcare co-ops nationwide established by Obamacare to compete with private health insurance providers proved to be unsustainable, and by January 2018, only four Obamacare co-ops remained. The Obamacare co-ops were basically the health insurance version of the Solyndra boondoggle, but bigger.
The most insulting part of it all was that despite the high costs of Obamacare, health premiums went up and coverage got worse. Remember “if you like your plan you can keep it”? That was a lie. While the Obama administration often touted the increased numbers of people who had health insurance, the number of people who delayed seeking medical care because of costs did not improve. In fact, in November 2015, the percentage of people who reported delaying medical care over costs was higher than it was before Obama even took office. So, people were forced to buy insurance even if they didn’t want it, and they still couldn’t afford to seek medical care because of the higher premiums. Woo-hoo!

Meghan, I think everyone's opinion on President Obama will make more sense to you once you have your child. As a parent, you want you child to have HOPE while living in this country. Politics or not, Obama gives American's the motivation to make a difference in our country while being kind to each other. Thats the problem. Republicans ran 'boy scouts' like McCain and Romney against Obama who came out of the Big Blue Machine in Chicago, the most corrupt, devious and unprincipled Democrat group in the country. As soon as they said racist or jailing immigrants or cutting welfare, McCain and Romney hid in shame. Trump just gives it back in spades and tells them where and why they were wrong and they arent used to that. I liked Obama, I wanted him to do well for the country but I became very dissatisfied over the years. I ended up in 2016 against almost everything he had done almost from year one. Obama and the Democrats created Trump. He used to be a Democrat himself but saw where their policies were destroying the country. There were enough just like him to move right and elect him. Eventually someone like him had to come along and change the course of what the Democrats were doing. It could have happened to be a Democrat in 2016 if their corrupt system had allowed anyone but Hillary to be the candidate but it wasnt and people just couldnt stomach Obama 2.0 with an even more corrupt Clinton in the White House. Obama isnt upset with Trump as President, he's upset that all his own actions are being exposed and his legacy has been completely reversed by Trump's policies which have so far been very successful. Dems cant challenge him on the economy, on trade, on foreign relations, on immigration so they resort to insults, smears, phony allegations and investigations, illegal wiretaps, perjured witnesses, frameups of him and his associates. Anything to distract from their own inadequacies and inability to govern the country in a way thats acceptable to a majority of the people.

He did some dirty, underhanded things to Trump before and after he was President, one being he was given a copy of the Steele dossier anonymously, probably by Brennan and instead of informing Trump, he gave it to the FBI, which is exactly what Brennan wanted. He knew McCain hated Trump, probably for being successful at what he himself failed at. Brennan didnt want it tied to him, who better to cause dissension in the party than to give it to a high profile, Trump hating Republican. he also leaked it to the press just to be sure it got out there. McCain did nothing to verify it, just treated it like a hot potato and got it out of his hands as quickly as he could and never said a word to Trump.

And who can forget the disastrous Obamacare rollout? Aside from website problems, there was evidence that the Obama administration fudged enrollment numbers to make it appear more successful and popular than it really was. Basically, everything connected to Obamacare was plagued with failure. The 23 taxpayer-funded healthcare co-ops nationwide established by Obamacare to compete with private health insurance providers proved to be unsustainable, and by January 2018, only four Obamacare co-ops remained. The Obamacare co-ops were basically the health insurance version of the Solyndra boondoggle, but bigger.
The most insulting part of it all was that despite the high costs of Obamacare, health premiums went up and coverage got worse. Remember “if you like your plan you can keep it”? That was a lie. While the Obama administration often touted the increased numbers of people who had health insurance, the number of people who delayed seeking medical care because of costs did not improve. In fact, in November 2015, the percentage of people who reported delaying medical care over costs was higher than it was before Obama even took office. So, people were forced to buy insurance even if they didn’t want it, and they still couldn’t afford to seek medical care because of the higher premiums. Woo-hoo!

Barack Obama was respected all over the world. Even the adversaries respected him. He would have never allowed Putin to make him the fool. And he would have never showed submission to KimJong un. When criticized, he invited the man to the white house for a beer and talked with him. Obama talked with people never at people. The one thing I respected him most for was that he raised the right to dissent from the grave that others before him buried it in.
