    First i want to say all thanks to God 🙏 for making impossible to be possible. Secondly i want to say thanks to Shaan for always dropping videos for us to keep pushing, i remember last year how i fall into anxiety after break-up, i always wake up with anxiety every morning and i didn't believe i will be fine because then i feel like my whole world has ended 😭, i cry everyday i do everything possible for me to be okay but no avail i even took anti-depression medicine but it look as if is getting worst so i have to stop taking it and face the anxiety. the worst part of my anxiety is chocking i chock for 7months non stop so one day i came cross this channel that's when i know that am not alone so i keep on following Shaan i even share the channel to some of my friends that also has anxiety so all started following Shaan, after watching Shaan videos everyday i stop fighting my anxiety because i was fighting it then doing everything possible to be okay but not working but since i stop fighting everything run away so dear reader if i can be free from anxiety then you too can be free, anxiety hit hard when it noted that you are afraid to die but if it noted that you are not afraid to die it run away. I suffer for anxiety for 1year non stop but now am free from every symptom i can now do what i can't do before, just believe that one day you will be okay and you will, is just a matter of time . Anxiety destroy me physically, mentally, spiritually and otherwise, i leave my New country that i travel to and run back to my country Nigeria because i thought am going to die there😂, just funny to me now but then it was not funny. Thanks Shaan i really appreciate you Love and peace ❤️🙏

      Its simple. Getting sick might make symptoms better or worse for a bit. Medication withdrawal can also cause symptoms. You dont need to differentiate them. treat everything the same way- with acceptance. Allow it and dont fight it no matter if it’s intense or just a little. Thats literally it. And stay consistent and patient

    • @Rjcommando_
      @Rjcommando_ Месяц назад +2

      It means to allow and accept the sensations as there and happening, but "do nothing" as in don't fear the symptoms and don't try to fix it, as doing either would just increase the anxiety.
      I'm in the middle of recovery after a setback right now, but relearning and redoing this is helping push me through it faster than my previous years' recovery, even off medications. It's hard, because you feel the symptoms and they feel real/dangerous, but, if you're cleared by your doctor, you just attribute it to anxiety and leave it at that.
