Let me give you updates: In a few years, they have built a International Cruise terminal (ICT), Domestic Cruise Terminal (DCT) & RO PAX Terminal. Next they will start work on water taxi & sea plane services and rope way from Haji Bandar to Elephanta caves. They have to shift their other services to JNPT. So yes, It will take years to complete as it should. Because look what happened in Dubai and Shanghai, they spent so much money on their skyscrapers and they are half empty.
