I met this man ! NO NOT BURT ! Dom was so great. I had a little shack on the beach and he made a home movie with his little son and the shack was a great prop. He was so thankful. Not long after the whole neighborhood burned and his house went up in smoke too. I always will remember him. This acting was fantastic. I couldn't stop laughing it was too funny. RIP !!
Don Bluth has a lot to say about these two in his new memoir - when they were doing 'All Dogs' together Bluth talks about how Dom stopped Burt from using a goofy cartoon voice - Burt said he liked his cartoon voice, and Dom told him "Your mother's cottage-cheese ass! I'm Dom, you're Burt, don't make me look bad!"
Dom & Burt...the very best of friends, on & off the big screen...together again. I have no doubt, Dom was there waiting for Burt, to welcome him home. RIP
@@jfloresmac I personally think that this was Burt Reynolds best staring scene in a movie! Look how he stares at Dom DeLuise in horror! He stares so good!
Isn't it. I love that scene where he's helping Burt jump to his death from the second or third floor onto a grassy slope, Burt changes his mind screaming, "It's not high enough !" Then somehow they swap positions and Dom goes over the edge. You hear a thump then Dom's voice saying, " You're right ! It's not high enough" Bloody hilarious !
I remember seeing this movie a long time ago! It's truly a forgotten oldie of Burt Reynold! Dom is a great actor. He made himself cry in this scene! hehe
Everything Dom says in this is hilarious!! He truly was a comic genius. As i watch this, i noticed how much his sons facial mannerisms remind me of Dom...especially David.Dom was a wonderful actor and comedian. He was a special man who brought so much joy in many lives including mine.
I wonder how many takes it took to complete that scene? Don was such a funny guy. They often had trouble shooting scenes because he was always laughing at everything.
A superb actor/comedian. The first movie I ever saw him in was Fail Safe. A small part and the only serious part he ever performed that I'm aware of. He is missed.
This is so damn funny! And I'm Polish! They could never make this movie today, with all its ethnic humor. (Same with Blazing Saddles.) Stupid tight-ass times we live in today.
We could learn from the likes of EVERYBODY on that set of blazing saddles, breaking that racial tension the way they did to be able to laugh at that movie whether you’re white or black, incredible men for sure, we’ll never have anyone like them that can break that kinda racial tension we have nowadays. Bless them for real man just a beautiful human Don was
Actually, they couldn't make Blazing Saddles today, is because it would rightfully call out the people that whine about stuff being "woke" as the morons of today. And there would be grift-fests up the whazoo, because of it.
Gawd this is so good - I know every word by heart. Great movie. Dom is at his best, such a funny soul. Burt always had great comedic timing. These two were some of the best comedy matchups ever.
Thank you thank you thank you! This is unbelievably funny with such phenomenal delivery on all fronts. Reminds me of a shirt I saw the other day - in the style of the logo of the Aussie band ACDC, it had printed "ADHD", and under that was written (in the same style as the album cover)... "Stairway to... look there's a squirrel". Magnificent! Cheers and thanks from Sydney - Dave
One of the best double acts ever, these two bounce off each other brilliantly, the facial expressions of Burt Reynolds are priceless. Brilliant movie and very funny
“Do you think this country will ever switch over to the metric system?” Whenever I need a complete non-sequitur, I use that ever since I saw this movie...in the theatre!
Burt Reynolds and Dom DeLuise, those guys were in Smokey and the Bandit 2, The Cannonball Run 1 and 2, All Dogs Go to Heaven and Duck Dodgers a long time ago.
I saw this in the theater when it came out and couldn't stop laughing. A friend said if the scene had gone on a minute longer he'd have to go to ICU. Could you add the part where Reynolds does to pee and Dom is tlaking outside the door. That is the continuation of this scene and also hysterically funny.
I was nearly choking with laughter on this scene. We can all relate to supplicating the Lord when we're in deep water and then rationalizing to take it back after we are out of trouble.
R.I.P. Burt & Dom.
They're both together now
Brilliant acting !!
Love this movie. Dom DeLuise is hilarious. He should have been nominated for an Oscar for this role.
My father always said he should have been nominated for two ;)
Fatso was great.movie so.was..hot stuff
@@speciallist5104 I couldnt get what my father said while I was strangling him :(
Burt should have received an Oscar for not laughing hysterically at this.
I wonder how many takes this scene needed. Lol.
Ed Brown Burt had a very sexy chest!!
I watch anything with them thelove is beautiful real friend love its just wonderful 😂😂😂❤❤❤❤
👍👍
Such an underrated comedy. Every scene with Deluise had me in stitches.
I thank you Michael D for making these available for viewing. Loved your Dad and still enjoy watching Fatso on vhs
Rest in peace, both of you.

Dom was the best. So adorable, funny, and talented.
Dom DeLuise plays crazy to perfection
You know what they say, it takes one to know one. Hyuck, hyuck, hyuck!
(Im talking about you, you crazy guy)
"Do you think this country will ever switch the metric system?". I lost it on that one. LMFAO!

The great Dom, a childhood of laughter and the slapstick, out takes between him and Burt they must have cost Hollywood a fortune in film cost!!
Burt Reynolds and Dom DeLuise was in "All Dogs go to Heaven" (19890
Dom DeLuise (1933-2009) as Itchy
and Burt Reynolds as Charlie B Barkin
Excellent they both should have got awards🎉❤😂
It's from 'The End'. A really great movie. You need to see it.
I notice Burt & Dom aren't in the same shot. They probably had to film separately, because there's NO way Burt wouldn't be laughing his ass off.
Dom & Burt...the very best of friends, on & off the big screen...together again. I have no doubt, Dom was there waiting for Burt, to welcome him home. RIP
Great dark comedy. Burt and Dom had great chemistry and were hilarious.
dahn, dahn, dommmmmmm. (that's a cross reference to another movie they did, maybe you've heard of it?)
In real life, they were best friends.
No matter how often I have seen this clip..I still pee my pants!! How could u not! He was brilliant!!
This man was born to make people laugh. OMG what a gift.
A comic genius!! He was one of a kind
“The End” and “Fatso” 2 Great hysterical funny Movies!! Great work Dom!! 👍🏼👍🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Hey Look! It's Itchy And Charlie!
yaaaay
Also JJ and Victor/Captain chaos!!!
Mr. Itchy to you.
Classic 🎬🎭🌟🌟
Burt Reynolds directed this movie in addition to staring in it. He did an excellentjob!
RIP Burt (& Dom)
I stared at this movie too. I couldnt take my eyes off the screen. Hyuck, hyuck, hyuck. Burt starred in it. hehehehehe
@@jfloresmac I personally think that this was Burt Reynolds best staring scene in a movie! Look how he stares at Dom DeLuise in horror! He stares so good!
Ranks with Jonathan Winters destruction of the Gas Station in "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, World." Minutes of true genius. A masterpiece.
WizenedVariations1, my dad thinks that was the funniest thing he ever saw
I think Jonathan Winters destroying a gas station probably was the funniest thing ever filmed. It never gets old.
I miss them both
I love Dom Deluise & Burt Reynolds together they made the best kinda magic God bless them both always
A biography about Burt and Dom's careers as well as their friendship needs to be written.
I agree totally ,I love to buy that maybe Dom Deluise son will write one
Nah, we're good
Excellent sketch - Dom DeLuise reminds me a bit of the late great Zero Mostel.
I'm going to look up that guy
@@oiyabastard7275 Zero Mostel was in "The Producers", another excellent comedy.
😂 would love to see the bloopers for this movie. I imagine they couldn't keep a straight face
This kills me every time! I love it
Love the way burt looks at dom..😂
I love this movie so much...Burt and Dom were so good together....

Absolutely Fantastic - a great combination
Legends and brought tears of laughter to my child hood, great outtakes on Cannonball run

Pure genius from beginning to end. Funny men like that are very rare.

Charlie and Itchy in live action form.
Never really realised there's a bit of Dom in Bill Murray's performances
True👍
I love this~~~✓✓
*Thank U!!*
These two together were always hi-larry-us.. Who could do this simple bit today, nobody.. God rest these two legends souls.

Him. And Burt Reynolds were so funny 😂 together 😂😂😂😂

More comedian should take lessons from Dom. This is comic gold!
Hot.stuff.and fatso
You can't learn from a virtuoso via lessons.
He has been an influence in my comedy... Him and a few others my lord
Dom Deluise was brilliant in this clip. Such a classic!
I have no idea how he does that whine to indicate whisper at 1:00, but it's perfect.
I cant agree with you more Lee.. He will be greatly missed. for his kind heart and his comedic genius. RIP

There’s no reasons to remake those movies. They already been made. Plus people today are too dumb to realize the meanings of those movies.
Actually, they couldn't make Blazing Saddles today, is because it would rightfully call out the people that whine about stuff being "woke" as the morons of today.
And there would be grift-fests up the whazoo, because of it.
Same here. People need to laugh at themselves more.
I don't know how Reynolds kept a serious face through any of that!
Love this comedy💜👍😴
💜👍😂
So damn funny. R.I.P Dom thanks for all the fun.
tol get Amen. Let’s not forget about Burt Reynolds. He passed away as well.
Three comic that crack me up the moment I see them - Dom Deluise, Rodney Dangerfield and Jon Lovitz.

I think everyone should watch this...
He is such a fantastic actor and I Loved him as a comic.
“You don’t sing the Polish anthem, you fart it!” 💩💩💩
He was great 👍
The Dom and Burt..... Frikkin' funny. Watched this movie years ago still cracks me up.
"The End" and "The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard" are 2 of the most under rated movies I've ever seen.

Oh My Goodness,I Can’t Stop Laughing,& Crying at the Same Time;They Are/Were SO Funny!!!!!! Vale Burt,& Dom🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

I'm polish and I find this very funny :D I love the polish anthem joke
Greetings from Poland!
Poland has great food
Dom is one of the 🐐
I love this movie. Crack up everytime i watch it
After watching this, I really have a new appreciation of Dom's acting skills
The best classic ever!!!!
A close friend of mine,, i miss dom
The movie: "The End" 1978. Great Movie and Very FUnny but also Insightful and has some deep introspections on Life & Living!
As much of a comic genius as he was, he was a pretty talented dramatic actor as well.
Drama is easy, comedy is hard.
this was those two at their best, brilliant
john banks lol, if that was there best then no wonder they suck.
Brillant
Such great acting
I'm bk to say this is the funniest scene of a movie that makes me have tears from lmao!
