giselle is a true definition of introvert who's realistic and calm, but when she's in an energetic mood she will just go it without worrying about it so much
Giselle is actually rather intelligent. Her educational level at the international school in Japan clearly shows when she speaks. Not only is her vocabulary in English very different than other idols who grew up in English speaking countries, there is a methodical nature to her thought process that I'm glad I got to see. Excellent interview!
I just love that daebak show shows the "human" part of the idols, them as a real person with real experiences, and I just fall in love with their personalities even more, that's just amazing.
You can tell she’s been through a lot of hardships during her time as a kpop idol but she is one of the most open people in the industry and I respect her for that. She’s amazing at what she’s does
16:14 because of a little mistake in a dance practice, Giselle was criticized, bullied and people were trying to nitpick every little mistake she made. Instead of making excuses for her shortcomings, she chose to work hard to improve herself, she said "no excuses. i'll work hard" and now her hardwork is paying off. Giselle even used her day off to practice, and she’s a amazing dancer now, if “hard work pays off" was a person it would be GISELLE!!
I love how whenever Giselle has a individual activity it's very personal/intimate. Like the time she was on Dex's Fridge show. Or the time she spent one on one with a MY. She just seems very down to earth. Like you could meet her for first time but so easy to talk to like you besties already 😄☺😍
It's heartbreaking that Giselle lost her passion for music. Hopefully SM allows her to be more active in the production of future projects that help restore it. It sounds like this upcoming album is a step in the right direction.
so we need Giselle on more dive studio videos now! You could see me the end how comfortable she got having a conversation with Eric! And now we seriously need Wendy on the show
giselle is such a great listener, i love how she cares to know more about eric too. it makes the episode feel more like a convo rather than a one-sided interview
@sosfreeorganic LOL! What is a perfect English? Giselle is talented all you can realizing is her speaking in ENGLISH. WTF! How pathetic are you like @beatkekim. All you can say is about her ENGLISH. They have talk so much for an 1 hour all you notice her speaking and not understanding what they discuss. Unless you don't understand ENGLISH! hahahaha!
Aespa is one of the few groups where I like every member equally, but Giselle is lowkey, my fav. I love her voice, and I love seeing her acting chops in their videos. I enjoyed getting to know more about Giselle through this interview. 자각몽 is my favorite Aespa song too! Giselle seems like such a good conversationalist. I hope Giselle gets more opportunities for us to get to know her individually.
Eric is easily one of the best hosts right now. It’s very refreshing to see a relaxed conversation with someone who cares. An amazing interview as always!
I think it's also a burn out kinda feeling for idols. Recording, practicing, travelling, promoting...no time to sit down and actually appreciate music as an art and not just your job.
@@AB-yk2pq this. same thing when any passion of yours becomes your job. so you go home at night and can’t even do your passion anymore cause you’re so tired 🥲
@@AB-yk2pq this probably the big reason for it, most artist around the world releasing their new music in like a couple of years, that make them have time to enjoy the process of creating music, while for idols, most idol releasing music twice a year, or like once per 9-10 month so the time they have to enjoy it soo little, their schedule is tight. Probably like 3 months preparation, 2 months dancing practice, a month recording, a month mv shooting, a month promotion, and then concert for another 2-3 months and back again to beginning. So like there's no time to enjoy it. Most idols I know and follow they found that passion again after being a senior in the industry, like idols past 7-10 years active, and that also because they are not as busy as in their early days. So I think their tight schedule is their biggest reason to lose that passion.

it's so cool to hear and see Giselle just talking! idk... it just feels nice!
and I mean... HOW WOULD A BANANA FIT INTO A WATER BOTTLE, ERIC??
I think he thought it was like a small banana or smt not a whole BIG one i mean I would think this way & say yeah…it make sense😭
She is so relatable! O my God. She is now my new bias in aespa just because I can resonate with her so much. I hope she stay happy and healthy and do a great job in their upcoming performances and tour. Love you Giselle
The title just makes me want to cry! I haven’t heard anything yet!
I came back here to say that DOPAMINE IS SO DOPE. The song SCREAMED Giselle. It's just so her vibe. I mean ofc it would be since she took part in composing the song and writing the lyrics. I NEED SM to release Dopamine officially, hopefully with an MV.
Thank you for inviting Giselle!💗
I am really amazed when she acts. Now that she said that she wanted to become an actress, I hope someone will cast her in a series. I just know that she'll do great.
What a bright, intelligent young lady, so impressive.
