Easy way to get down: use a godamn helicopter to get there and after you got the rpg just use it to fly back down lol

Nope, they're 2 completely different weapons that do pretty much the same thing, if you're referring to the other rocket launcher in SA then the difference would be that it has a Lock-On Targeting feature where as the RPG doesn't...
