Hey Luca nice video I think it's really cool that your geting into bodybuilding. I was just wondering why do want to make major muscular gains during your spring break also do take a pre work out or a stim free one aka a pump If not I can send you list of some to try out and some advice on bodybuilding.

Tons... There is a lot in my Rome videos of my favorite places. If you learn how to use the transportation options before you get there you will have a much easier time when you hit the ground. Take all medication you think u might need with you. they don't have the same stuff.. ibuprophen is pretty expensive there for example. have fun!!!

well the idea was to swim but the water was cold so i just laid in the sun☀️
