Some people ask why I watch crime shows because they're so violent. But I like the parts where the villain is caught. I grew up being abused and I think each time I watch those shows I gain some sort of control over my fear, much like that lady's son. I also need to see police and doctors, etc, confirming that people deserve love and comfort, not hurt. Now you could look at it in the way that perhap I'm not thinking good thoughts but I think I was put on this earth partly to stop the generational abuse in my family in order for my children and me to get closer to the vortex insead of using force to get what our egos want..

Oh now I finally understand why movies and video games that feature blowing stuff up are so popular (heck, I'm one of those who like 'em). It's because so many people are vibrating low on the emotional scale way below revenge, and these depictions of violence are taking them up the emotional scale.

    Abraham's teachings are the best.
"It is your worry that has the most negative effect."
Far too many are stuck in some kind of 'left' 'right' way of thinking. It's unwittingly oppositional in nature and it causes more 'violence' on the surface of the world.
War on this, war on that, war on this, war against that. These people, those people, etc.
Admittedly when I hear people ask questions in the way this woman did I feel that sense of 'ugh! It's one of 'those' people...'.
Well! Sorry, but some of these things should be more obvious in our day and age.

What about the Bobo Doll experiment? Kids who watched violence against the Doll copied it. So…

This video implies that anything that "let's your valve open and flow" can only be beneficial. As if to say that as long as you are happy everything is ok. There are some video games that bring me so much joy but that rapidly deteriorate all of my routines and mental clarity and connection to source and ruin my sleep with intense images. It's impossible to put these games down after a while. I would never wish a person such harm as they slowly lose themselves.
All the tv bingers, kids and people addicted to their games and phones and drug addicts addicted to that high will tell you that feeling good can often be the start of your demise. I knew two kids who were of same age one who played video games a lot and one who did not. The one who did play them loved to play them while the other didn't play them and spent time studying. The one who played the video game had a poor social life, difficulty with intelligence tasks and generally poor focus compared to the other person. These kids were 8 years old. The effects only get worse with age. The parents guidance is often wiser than the child. Children have no connection to source they are literal idiots no different from a wild animal in their first 7 years. For Abraham to say that these kids are connected and know what they are doing is nonsense in the first 7 years. In these early years a bad habit can be stay for life.

Kids have it easier to open their valve and that's what bothers adults

Once something becomes an addiction, it doesn't make you happy anymore. Addiction literally means wanting to stop and not be able to. We can develop an addiction to pretty much anything though and that doesn't mean the thing we are addicted to is bad, just that we are focusing on it way too much
