In 2024, my approach to treating erectile dysfunction and Peyronie’s disease underwent a significant evolution. Moving away from singular treatment methods, I now advocate for combination therapy, integrating multiple advanced techniques. My name is Dr. med. Dr. phil. Stefan Buntrock, a board-certified urologist and sexologist from Göttingen. Today, I’ll introduce you to my latest device, the Magnetolith, which utilizes Extracorporeal Magneto-Transduction Therapy (EMTT).
EMTT represents a groundbreaking advancement over traditional Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF). While PEMF is already known for its effectiveness, EMTT operates at a much higher power and frequency, enhancing its regenerative capabilities. For example, EMTT's magnetic field is up to 1,600 times stronger than Earth's magnetic field, compared to PEMF's 220 times. The oscillation frequency of EMTT is also significantly higher, allowing it to reach therapeutic thresholds more rapidly and effectively.
Currently, EMTT is used primarily in wound healing and fracture recovery, often combined with shockwave therapy. It shows promising results, potentially due to its ability to stimulate stem cell migration and affect cellular membrane electric fields. For erectile dysfunction and Peyronie’s disease, combining EMTT with shockwave therapy and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) appears to accelerate functional recovery and improve outcomes.
This novel approach, while not yet mainstream, represents the forefront of medical innovation. Though science is still catching up, the absence of significant side effects and the potential for substantial patient benefits make it a worthwhile endeavor. Remember, this video is for educational purposes and should not replace professional medical advice. For personalized treatment options, please consult with your healthcare provider.

I Dr. Buntrock. I work at a men's clinic and perform shockwave therapy on men for ED. We use the Oceanus PhysioPRO device. Do you have any knowledge of this device?

No, but yesterday I learned at the world congress for shockwave treatment that radial shockwaves can be used for that purpose.
