Here is a planche workout that might help you achive planche 1st handstand to full planche Negetive 5 sets of 5 rep 2nd straddle planche holds 4 to 6 sets of close to faluire 3rd planche pushups Chose a varyion that u can do 6 To 20 reps ( 4 sets ) 4th daynamic planch lean 15 reps of 6 sets slow and Controlled 5th straight arm flys ( can be done on ring but recomend wieghts is easier ) 3to 5 sets of 6to 20 reps 6th 90• pushups 3sets
