C: MO Tutorial - Ground Units

I really wish that you guys added maximum speeds to ground units. Some mines aren't able to take down vehicles moving faster than 100km/h and that was a notable feature of conflicts where technicals rose to prominence.

I set it up exactly according to the instructions and they don't even shoot each other.
