I'll try to explain that joke. The man indignantly asked the flight attendant why she would awaken him only to adjust the tray table a mere 2 inches (meaning it was such a small adjustment that it was practically useless, especially when compared to how inconvenient it was for him). The woman said that she agrees with him, that in her experience, it's not worth being awakened to deal with such a small issue. In this case, she is referring to her inconvenience being awakened for sex with him given the small size of his manhood (referencing the 2 inches). She wants to contrast that while he complained about being awakened for what he thought was a trivial matter, he has no trouble interrupting her sleep for his similarly inadequate reason. She managed to point out how inconsiderate he is, while also letting everyone know his manhood is small, simply by agreeing with him! 😆 I hope that makes sense for you.
