Labannieh; Bacopa (farfahene!) salad with grilled Wild Seabass (branzino) stuffed with cilantro, parsley and too much lemon, black pepper and salt!! Tabuleh. As for dessert, we used to loved ice cream from "Labarat!" It used to be in Badaro st. As we live in Toronto, we like Italian Gelato fresh lemonade strawberries and orange blossom flavors and Tiramisu from La Rose bakery in Toronto!
Hello i put my comments many times i dunno why its disappear Ken bade mousse3adetkon eza fi majel
Wara2 3nnab yummm
I rarely commented on a video before.
I am Lebanese, and as most of us I lived and grew outside of Lebanon most of my life, from 12 years in KSA and now 6 years in France.
I started having an identity crisis, as i didn't want to be associated with Lebanon or my Lebanese culture, because of people mentalities and desperation during my short visits each summer/holidays.
Your podcasts gave me hope! I never thought, there were any creative, informed, intelligent or artistic minds IN LEBANON!
Your podcasts taught me to love Lebanon again and to be proud of my origins and my rich culture.
It took me a step forward to finding myself and for that I thank you!
Keep spreading hope and love!
Sarde is soooo(!) important. I’m not sure that they realise how important they are…
The same goes for Anthony….
One of the most important programs, Medea is close to heart, friendly and has positive energy. Mouin is flexible, funny and spontaneous. A big Hi from Switzerland!
Anthony is an inspiring person! His passion for what he is doing and the positive energy he spread is just amazing! All the Love from a Syrian American!
Finally back to interesting guests. Anthony for minister of tourism. Never seen a guy as passionate and appreciative as him about the gems of his country
Deghreh minister of tourism?? 😂😂😂😂

I'm sorry but this might be the only sarde that i won't be able to watch it entirely. I just couldn't continue watching this. I understand where Anthony comes from and how he loves what he's doing, but saying the past 2 years were the best 2 years or "Look at the glass it's full" is one the stupidiest shit i ever heard. He's truly living in a bubble where everyone around him can still afford buying this "labneh wara2 3inab fun mix "or that lebanese "sindyen" honey. Bro people can't fucking afford bread and that's if they can find it in the first place. People can't afford buying any dairy product, meat, cooking oil, fruits,vegetables....And oh about that "الناس رجعت تزرع أرضها", khaye people are selling their lands for the cheapest price just to send their children abroad. "سياحة داخلية"?? People are sleeping in their cars so they don't have to drive back to their work in the morning. So cut the crap. You have the luxury to live this lifestyle. Do it. Just don't shove down our throats. Don't go around "spreading positive vibes" cause that's not how you do it.
Agreed. Towards the end it also really felt insulting to hear him basically imply that everyone's problems are basically their own fault. "Stop blaming those with money for having earned it". I'm sure there's people with apathy, like everywhere, but pretending like the main issue is just "everyone's just complaining, nobody is stepping up!" is a slap in the face.

Guys! Can we just take a moment to recognise the stellar subtitles? Well done!
Love this guy! And despite the criticism I love his optimism - we don’t need anymore negativity. He’s a fresh breath of air!
Came here after I saw many negative critics about the episode on Twitter. Tbf, loved it. Really entertaining and I fell in love with Medea laughing throughout the streaming 😍! This episode is a proof that ppl on social media backslash others without doing any minimum effort to fact check critics.
Thank you for a highly enjoyable and engaging interview. Big fans of Anthony Rahayel and the phenomenal work he does. Your show is excellent and provides insight into many topics and people who we learn from and are positively influenced by. Really, really good content, sincere thanks for your time & efforts. Realise its not easy doing this work & continuing to put out interesting content that can make a positive difference. Enjoyed both your interview styles. It was made even more appetising by the food on the table! Sending love & regards from Australia. ❤️🙏
ya3neh! you made me crave everything single thing I love - can't wait to be back to Lebanon to devour everything you spoke about.
And now it explains why my favorite food is Kibbeh and Wara2 Enab as I am from the north hahah - so proud!!!
Thank you so much.
Anthony is so important for us abroad Lebanese (and for residents too)!
Moi, je réfléchis sur la condition humaine (🤩) when I’m cooking…
Love it!!

1:26:47 in jordan we dont use "mazola " on man2oosheh but bakeries simply cheat and mix mazola with olive oil and olive oil is as important to us as to you
Thank you, authentic as usual. Keep up
the lebanese touch of cooking is irresistible
Just like a rare meteor, étoile filante ou événement solaire, the meeting of the three of you brings a humongous smile to our poor lebanese faces. It also brings a feeling of hope in this crazily amazing Lebanon and Lebanese people. Thank You and keep up the great work.
The most enthusiastic episode i've seen i love the whole concept of sarde its authentic, genuine, amusing and informative it made me smile through the whole episode thank u guyz nd thanks to anthony for his enthusiasme for food but i did make a huge mistake by watching this at 12:00 am jawa3oune lal maximum my stomach is literally growling now😂 keep up the good job guyz
I'm an Assyrian-American, parents born in Iraq, currently living in California. I spent two weeks in Lebanon last month (mid-June 2022). My trip was inspired by NGNO and Anthony. I fell in love with Lebanon, and agree with what Anthony says in terms of the different types of food products and local resources that are offered. I cannot wait to go back and experience more of your beautiful country. Great episode - cheers to Medea and Mouin. Mouin, were you drinking water or arak during this episode?

Thank you so much. I really enjoyed watching this episode. Anthony Rahayel is undoubtedly introducing a different way to elevate Lebanon, but mostly the people of this Unique Country.
Bravo
Medea and Mouin, you are also leaning in that same path.
Merci Beaucoup.
Very inspiring interview, mouthwatering 😋
The best thursday night I ever lived. sipping a lebanese homemade Arak and watching your broadcasting with Anthony. Khalaf Al-bqain from jordan
You asked every guest if there is hope? I think Anthony had the best answer 👏
This whole podcast reminded me of a book called The Language of Baklava by Diana Abu Jaber, u should host her!!
I love ur positive energy Anthony ❤️ also & Always Medea & Mouin ❤️❤️ thank u guys
Thank you for a wonderful episode. You really brought back some lovely childhood memories with Juicy Burger and Winners! Blast from the past
Enjoy listening to this discussion of Lebanese foods, just came back from there, love everything about the country, so diverse flora and fauna, I agree, Lebanon don’t need to import any food, can be self sustained with their produce if utilise their fertile soil well
yalla guyssss i wanna load the episode before boarding my flight 😭😭😭
Man that was an amazing sarde 🔥
Who's doing the visual effects god he is so funny
His name is Dana Abdessamad and she’s awesome 😎

طيب انا هلا i feel proud of myself
Bas also badna a sarde with Ziad el Rahbani
The episode was fun and made us all hungry but the message at the end 👏🏻👏🏻
watching this episode with the munchies was a bad idea..
I love the show. Good job! But if i had a penny everytime moueen interrupted a guest, I could end the lebanese economic crisis.
Please keep your content like this one most important without politics.
After producing greater than 4000 video on you tube visiting numerous restaurants and eateries of all kind. This is the only video Antony will leave this place HUNGRY. 😂😂😂😂😂
Love you guys...❤
Love your t-shirt medea
We do use a lot of olive oil in our daily cooking and food in Jordan, olive season here is a very big deal, but if you bought any baked goods with vegetable oil that means that the bakery is trying to cut down the costs because olive oil is expensive , good episode 👏🏻
Hey guys! Thank you for a great episode! I'm so impressed and not at all surprised to find how much our Palestinian kitchen in Nazareth is the SAME as the one you're describing especially if I understand right, the dishes in southern Lebanon! ( our zaatar, man2oshi, our kibbe, sfee7a, wara2 3enab! like everything!) And to answer your Ma2lubi question, yes, we make it with eggplant but it's mainly made with Cauliflower. much love x
Excellent episode 👍❤️We need to be around such people like Anthony who spread positive vibes ❤️

Great episode guys! you should definitely try the Jordanian Olive oil though.. We from the highlands are Olive Oil dependent and it's part of almost any meal or even snack.. it's cold pressed green olives
I wish you started the show with a history of Mr. Rayayel, how and why he became a flood blogger.
كعكة طفولتي يلي كنت أكلها في بيروت خميرتها هي خميرة sourdough very authentic flavor where we can find it in Lebanon 🇱🇧 now????
Anthony Rahayel is a Hero: but Al Soussi is LEBANON. HE IS THE ESSENCE OF ALL THE SMALL VILLAGES AND TOWNS IN ANTHONY'S TOURS. And what makes Lebanon so inviting? it's the people: warm, gracious, and welcoming anyone to their table. God created the world and on the 7th day HE rested in Lebanon. Nothing else need be said.
Can someone please tell me where I can get these wara2 3anab with labneh inside? 🤤
Jaber jaber sons. They have branches all over lebanon
Guys, about Armenian food. Armenian food that you know in Lebanon is part of Western Armenia cuisine (part of Ottoman Empire). What Anthony was talking about is food in Armenia which is the Eastern Armenia cuisine (part of Russian/Persian empire). These are two different cuisines. Manteh and subeureg are part of western armenia cuisine. What Anthony tasted in the country of current Armenia is something else.
The Armenians of current Armenia didnt go to Aleppo, then Anjar. The route didnt happen that way.
It would be nice to have a Lebanese Armenian on your show who understands the history of Armenian food and tell you the story since Medea loves Western Armenian cuisine. :)
Nafissa is Syrian operating in Jordan so you can't call it Jordanian.. Our fine Kanafeh is not crusty. Try Habiba downtown location next time. Non the less I love watching every episode you make especially the Canadian tour.
Anthony is a great ambassador of Lebanon 🇱🇧
