After visit of conference the Digital Bridge in October 27-28-th I would like to publish article also it was request of deputies of our Parliament.To describe the truth situation of the state language in program Digital Kazakhstan could you answer for few question to my article. 1. Qazaqstan declared about change alphabet on the Latin base four years ago. How are you personally feeling this news? Did your ministry get request about investigation latin alphabet for Digital Qazaqstan, how it will be influance to the state language in IT technology. According passed the conference Digital Bridge in Congress hall we even couldn't hear a speech on the state language. 2. If our administration of president will declare the emergency situation with state language. What is the first step of your ministry. 3. If the administration of president don't do it your ministry will continue like deals of the Digital Bridge. 4. In 2016 when I was investigating egov portal I wrote a statement to set up a counter on the link how many people visit egov portal on the qazaq, russian and english language. Your answer in the our Parliament meeting was that the link of qazaq language on the portal egov is only translate from russian. It is truth thank you for it. 5. Is your ministry ready to start all documentaion to do on the state language because all documantation today is just data which operate in ours computers. 6. The all four versions of Latin alphabet accepted and approved by our govermment haven’t had a keyboard which whether allow their to use. It means nobody thought what will be the next step. 7. I specially wrote a letter you about keyboard for these versions of alphabet and every day called to get answer. In finally I got very stupid letter. How it happened? 8. International keyboard US has designed for Europe countries also convenient for Kazakhstan which allow to type for all versions. Could you take it to attention and support this idea. I would like to get answer as soon as posible. If you prefer to get these questions by egov I can send by it. Moreover maybe you know how many articles were published in foreign newspaper. They have been very fun which can't demand comments. I hope we can solve this problem, because the words of Elbasy "Future of Qazaqstan is Qazaq language" never must leave us.
