Also I can’t tell you how many times my charging cord broke and I would just have to buy a new one. The accessory isn’t for everyone, it’s far from necessary but still cool.

Download an app called Hotstock, then set alert for the charging station. You will get an alert straight to you're phone with a link straight to the website when its instock. I managed to grab one yesterday using that app but you gotta be quick as they fly out of stock pretty fast
Don't get why they did not power the charging station with a usb-c cable it's 2020 after all, the only negative about this. The switch manages this with its docking station. Makes transporting this a little bit more of a pain as its another cable to carry.

I bought a usb-c cable to charge my Dualsense, but it still doesn’t charge unless it is connected to the system and not an outlet. Do you know why this could be? It doesn’t seem to work with any outlets. Hoping this charge station will fix that, even if I only have one remote for now.. Or better yet figure out a way to get the cords to work in an outlet!
The instruction manual states you can connect the DualSense to a PS5, computer or other USB device to charge, so it's very odd that some devices/outlets won't charge it... Shouldn't be any different to other devices getting charged so very odd. 😯

There is a decent enough gap between the thumbsticks to the back of the other controller, so it may fit; however, I do not own KontrolFreek's stick attachments, so I can't 100% confirm.
Does it fully charge to 100% or only to 70%? I got a ps5 base stand that has the charging and it says only up to 70% due to the IC chip of the controller for protection...

To my knowledge, it pulsates orange whilst it's charging. Keep it on for an hour or so, when you use it with the PS5 and check the battery level, if it's full then you know its working as it's supposed to. 😁
Nice product. Bought it few months ago. But now i use silicon skin on my dualshocks, they don't fit anymore on the sony charger, and i don' want to cut in the cover to make it fit to charge. Anyone who bought other docks which charge via the top of controller, when still the silicon cover is on? (usb-c) . In all honesty, I'm not sure. US is 120V and India is 230V? So I would assume you need an adapter of some sort. I'm not an electrician, so not an area I know much of.
If you really wanted to you could leave them on charge between each game, but I don't think it would make much difference to the charge for small waiting times.

As long as it doesn't cover any holes and isn't overly thick, I can't see there being a problem; with that said, I don't have a silicone cover to test it with.
Give it a couple of hours and check to see if the controllers have gained charge, if they have you know it's working. If not, you should be able to get it replaced. :)

I believe they're about the same in regards to charge time; except this can charge two at the same time, keeps them in a neat place and easy to put on/off. It offers a lot of convenience but isn't a necessity.
Thanks. As for the table, there's nothing wrong with it, the table itself is an orange/yellow wood and I wanted a different look, so I tried using some graphite dining slabs to go over the top; had to combine two to cover the field of view.
When you have 2 controllers charging at the same time, do both of them emit the yellow light ? Mine looks like only one controller will emit the yellow light 🧐
The only time I've had an issue with the PS5 being in rest was when an external HDD attached but to solve that I needed to make sure power was always going through the USB ports 😬 The charging dock is much more convenient! 😁

There's nothing to worry about, the dock knows when to stop charging. I've had one controller on it for over a week, nothing bad has happened nor will it. 😉
It's three hours for a full charge, not sure how long it takes when using a USB-C. This dock it very convenient for neatly placing your DualSenses and charging them whilst not in use.

Yes, you can safely leave it on there even after it's fully charged. So it doubles as somewhere to neatly keep your controllers together. :)

Standard warranty should be one year, so you should be able to a replacement/repair. :)

This charging unit is completely separate from the console and plugs directly into a mains socket.
Can the controls be left loading until the next game? Leave them there as long as they are not played?

When you have 2 controllers charging at the same time, do both of them emit the yellow light ? Mine looks like only one controller will emit the yellow light 🧐
I can now confirm they both pulsate orange/yellow light when both controllers are charging.
If only one lights up, most likely it's already charged. 😁

This plugs directly into a power outlet, not the PS5.

Amazon do sell the charging stations, just a matter of whether they have them in stock or not.
Got this mainly because of I don’t use rest mode... hearing some bad stuff about that so I avoid it
The only time I've had an issue with the PS5 being in rest was when an external HDD attached but to solve that I needed to make sure power was always going through the USB ports 😬
The charging dock is much more convenient! 😁

If it's not charging two, then potentially one isn't put on properly or it's a faulty charger.

I’m worried about leaving my controller on the charging station and over time losing its battery length by over charging :/
There's nothing to worry about, the dock knows when to stop charging.
I've had one controller on it for over a week, nothing bad has happened nor will it. 😉
Does this dock charge the controllers faster than directly plugging them into the PS5?
Apparently it's the same amount of time.
The dock is more for charging two at one time, freeing up USB port space and a neat way to store them. :)

It's three hours for a full charge, not sure how long it takes when using a USB-C.
This dock it very convenient for neatly placing your DualSenses and charging them whilst not in use.
