Just do what works for you! Every day and every person is different. If you feel energetic, go for it, if not, just take a rest day! I'm glad these workouts are helping you!🤗

Ciao Andrea, I trust you, so I ask an advice😊 : what about training after dinner?...Not recommended,correct?Mi husband works on shifts, so when He works during night I have time after dinner... I have tapis roulant,I could just walking,not run...(hard after dinner...) but not comfortable as downstairs... what do you think? Thanks so much
It's actually recommended that you move after each meal. If you could do a low impact after dinner it would be great, as it would bring your insuline levels down. Give it a try and see if it interferes with your sleep.
