    Workout complete 💪 omg I sweat more in this than most of your workouts. I absolutely loved it!!! I put on my gloves and really got into rhe vibe. Punched away my stress and pretended I was a vigilante in training 😆 🤣.

    Ciao Andrea, I trust you, so I ask an advice😊 : what about training after dinner?...Not recommended,correct?Mi husband works on shifts, so when He works during night I have time after dinner... I have tapis roulant,I could just walking,not run...(hard after dinner...) but not comfortable as downstairs... what do you think? Thanks so much

      It's actually recommended that you move after each meal. If you could do a low impact after dinner it would be great, as it would bring your insuline levels down. Give it a try and see if it interferes with your sleep.
