Risk Assessment and Management for Shellfish Growers Workshops

Shellfish growers are confronted with countless decisions incorporating various levels of risk throughout the production of their crops. These workshops help growers to:
assess how their farms are prepared to handle disasters;
determine environmental, economic, and business risks;
review what crop insurance and disaster assistance programs are available to protect their operations from these risks; and
learn what additional resources and tools are available to improve risk management.

I am(Japanese) considering shellfishes, shrimps culture from very small scale under the closed circulation land-based aquaculture system in Basel/Switzerland. No experiance aquaculture.
There is no sea in Switzerland. If you have the experiance and/or new idea, you are welcomed.
