some ingredients you have to unlock by completing the piri reis assassins contract missions with his icon
and when you completed it says you have unlocked the effects on his shop

if you repeat the memories of altair for a bug it appears old in the memories when is young

this missions i have skipped because are not on the game map
on the game map you see only the piri reis shop and not this missions.

I also missed them in my first playthrough of the game. They are very easy to miss, especially if you don't check the DNA section.
