For Paternity Cases, does the state push for 50-50 when the parents are several states away and the child is an infant?

I have a friend who’s going into the divorce too poor for a lawyer (f). Her husband can afford the lawyer. Any opinions or advice on this situation?

Does the dependancy support for children past 18 apply to all children or only applicable to children with some sort of disability? And for how long past the age of 18 will the child support need to be paid?

if the case is reopened or updated, they will likely try to apply these new 'standards'

There are ways to accomplish a 50/50 time sharing schedule through out the summer including overnights with holidays and years, there’s no excuse, if the courts deny this, then what I would do is go to the court of appeals, appeal the order and if they do not reverse it then I would take it to the supreme courts to overturn the appellate courts decision, they will for a fact not violate the constitution because they must and have to operate under the US constitution and a violation of property rights and parental rights should not happen when you have an establish plan that will work

Would an unmarried father be allowed to take the child from the mother without ever sending in a paternity test or paternity action to the judge, even though he signed the birth certificate? I would call this kidnapping

      Legally, yes.
But depending on the judge, it may be frowned upon.

if they signed the birth certificate and there is not a legal parenting plan in place, they can take the child until there is a legal order
