@@TimCulture Late reply but for anyone reading this, the bridge breaking is dependent on how many eggs you break. It breaks faster the more you destroy. Going from doesn't break at all to only a few seconds if you destroy enough.
Best PvP was in DS2 the permarolling shitfights from ds3 and Elden Ring piss off not speaking of logic its just stupid and too forgiving in DS2 every move mattered.
This is the best alegory to life: you can think you almost win, then other person riposts you and you think you can loose, but then comes by a bigger fish and your both are fucked.

I also got one host who kept running and hiding in the aerie side, by smashing all his eggs in all 3 nest spots. After a few minutes he found a way to get around me and ziplined past, too far for me to catch, but you can't outrun the dragon if all the eggs are smashed >:) HOST OF EMBERS DESTROYED

DS2 still allowed leveling up armor, so his amor level might've been high. (His armor might've had high fire resistance traits.) Probably still had their fire defense rings on due to fighting the Ancient Dragon. With all the anti-fire gear and OPs fire infusion + fire buff was mostly negated. In DS2, if you stack your gear right, you can outright become immune to elemental damage for a time.
