Am I the only one who finds this wheel ugly. To much lights and gimmicks for me. Most of the info you won't check on the wheel but quicker on screen in peripheral vision. As being a racer in the living room might also influence my opinion.
@@thijsazerty692As if looks don't matter 😢 sales of many products are based on looks. I've got a G Pro, which has copped heaps about its looks too. Doesn't matter to me either, but I can understand why aesthetics are PART of the equation when making a decision. For some.
Your content inspired me to sim race. Only am able to play gt7 and acc a little bit for now. Saving for a dd wheel and new monitor. My PC should run just about anything I want
I dont understand the idea. you have all the same info available in the sim dash, and that dosnt force you to look off screen. How is this a game changer? it's just a dash?
have you ever run with no hud at all in sim racing or do you use every bit of info on screen? for me a wheel like this is actually perfect, with how bad my ADHD can get I find it more intuitive to run with a very minimal hud setup, less things on screen for me the better. it moves important info that isn't always needed into a better place imo
i wish for the reverse. i would love for iracing to support showing my wheel in the car for VR. i’d rather see the wheel in front of me than the “correct” wheel
The concept of “making sure you are in the right gear” is insane. If you have to look to make sure you are in the right gear you have other issues on your hands. You never look down when you are turning so the gyro is pointless. If you are looking down while in a turn you are just putting yourself at a disadvantage. I like the review just don’t like the product
The turning display is nice, but the software behind it might the biggest feature. Having a dashboard studio is great (even though still not Simhub compatible..), but you can have multiple displays per dash (swipe L/R) with different (game) telemetry pages, such as delta time, tyre temp/wear, etc. Also the rev bar can now be used for telemetry (flags, etc.) via the Pithouse software as well. It may have less buttons than the FSR, but it does have more customization and telemetry feedback options. I hope those software features trickle down to the other Moza wheels eventually.
I have a Thrust master T300 and use a Sparco P310 wheel for all kinds of racing. If/when I upgrade to a DD wheel, Moza is the most likely brand. I would have considered this wheel had it been shaped more like the Sparco wheel rather than a GT wheel.
Cool concept, and I like how they got it out before Fanatec's Bently wheel, however, I do not like the taco shape, the size is too big at 310mm's and worst of all, synthetic cheap leather that will wear faster than suede. Should have gone with real leather and/or silicone grips. Pass for me, but hope other brands adopt the center hub display. Love how you can swipe different gauge displays and other useful telemetry on the fly.
I like that wheel. 👍. But the rpm gauge just seem to go to full flashing not counting up the revs, plus the flashing is to soon compared to your cars sim dash. Did you notice that as well?
Could you test this in VR on Quest 3 with the app Reality mixer ? With this app you can make a see through portal from VR to reality. I dont use it now because I can t see the virtual Dashboard because it is often behind the virtual wheel. But with this kind of wheel this could be really cool. The only problem I could think of is refresh rate issue between quest3 pathtrough and wheel screen refresh rate. It would be a really nice test. Thanks for your review 😊
CAF! If it could store the data it receives there's no reason why it could give you a live corner speed trace between optimal and current laps. Now THAT would be a game changer.
Stuff like this is why i bought Moza over all the other options, especially Fanatec. Im sure i wont buy this wheel, but it seems like every 9 months Moza brings out a new wheel. And they are cheap for what they are.
That rotation gyro thingie is very distracting and finicky to me: it just doesn’t seem to work well. If I own the wheel I would immediately shut that rotation off. Sure, I understand that it’s unique feature for this round screen but…..why is it even necessary? It’s drawing unnecessary attention because of its lag and I can’t see that being fixed anytime soon. Regardless of the editor the dashes look a bit too simplistic and my guess is, it’s probably just basic animated text but you can’t put things like track maps etc. another thing is they don’t fix, change or add any new FSR dashes so they basically ignored all the users who own that wheel. You also don’t really hear about people complaining about other wheels with screens: making it necessary to have the telemetry data to rotate in order for it to be legible. The wheel itself seems a bit too large and although it does look visually well built and rigid, keep in mind they are are not using real carbon fiber like with the previous wheels. They shouldn’t have skimped out on the LEDs: especially at the rotary knobs and if those blue accents can light up to different streaks and colours that would be really cool. The rev bar should definitely be longer since it’s a very wide steering wheel at 310 mm I am also not a big fan of the stitching: and why not use microfiber? but for me, this wheel needs a second or third iteration of improvements for it to warrant a purchase.
Would there be a chance if you could Interwiev Thrustmaster and ask them when the Direct Drive wheel for console comes out i really want to upgrade but want to stay with the Brand ? 😅
It's too bad Moza is still not compatible with PS5, come to PlayStation and I'm all in. Moza innovation is incredible. That gyroscopic touchscreen is boss.
The lag on that screen is sooo bad. You say you’ve had it for ages yet you had no idea about how to swipe to another screen and more seems this is just to earn you money
This is literally the most “we’ve got affiliate link” video I’ve ever seen “Wow that’s a rally screen be great for rally” Yh like this shape wheel would be good for rally 😅 This is nothing but ad advert and clearly sponsored.
Bro ur video titles are getting to be ridiculous! How is every product u review the biggest deal ever! Great reviews and videos but the titles are getting to be annoying
no driver looks at the steering wheel when racing, they just have muscle memory and press what they need. Displays on the steering wheel are unnecessary, you won't drive faster looking at any other display than your monitor. Such steering wheels look good on camera when watching RUclips videos and that's it.

It's ugly as hell
Looks too futuristic. Not good looking at all

This already exists. You just have to be willing to pay more. My GSI FP2 does this
Simhub
"I had this wheel for so long, but I couldn't share with you guys". Proceeds to say: "ohh can I swipe this screen or not..." what the hell man....
Ite just ugly sorry.. horroble design. If you order fanatec from wish
that's one beautiful looking wheel 😀
As soon as I saw this I thought of the Bentley wheel. This looks awesome. Moza is really making some cool wheels.
as soon i saw this i think Fanatec
Looks AWESOME 😲😲😲
For some reason I think of the Batmobile when I see that.😂😂
Oh my god its stunning! Can we get this to PS5 please!
Prezel

Wheel looks really nice, the price I ain't so keen on. It's probably worth that, but I struggle to spend so much on a video game wheel anymore.

A more responsive gyro would be much more costly, don't think it's worth it. Great review!

Yep the bar was just flashing. But we didn't calibrate anything, you can see at the beginning of the video we hadn't even done the wheel intro

This wheel is UNBELIEVABLE
Bro writing my video titles now 🔥🔥🔥
gimmicky at its best

Exactly, youd want it to help you learn go fastestthrough a corner, like having a live TrackTitan coach
The only thing this will change is how much sim racers will pay for a toy wheel.
Meh - it's our hobby. I used my Fanatec McLaren for 1000s of hours and now it's hanging on my wall as part of my life
@@Kireth I play primarily in VR. All that flash doesn't change a thing for me. 🤷
That's because all the flash is on your head 😅
@@Kireth my headset doesn't light up.
“We’ve had this wheel for ages” “can we switch screens” 😅😅😅😅
Why is the rpm bar continuously flashing? And not working properly
In Moza pithouse you set what you want it to do. He just didn't change it to an actual rev bar before driving
That is the most beautiful wheel iv ever seen. My god is she pretty 😍

They need to make more round wheels.
They have 4
I don't even turn my screen on anymore... I wish I spent that same money on something else without one...
So a copy of the fanatec bentley wheel but with severely more lag on the dial and smaller display. 🤔
Ughh brother what is that. Jokes aside I like the idea not the deisgn tho

COMPLETE GAMECHANGER! NOW YOU TURN THE WHEEL TO THE LEFT TO TURN RIGHT! COMPLETE GAMECHANGER!!!!!!!!!!!11111ELEVEN
You'd have to be paid to call this thing any good. You can literally get a gt neo and a etsy ddu and be both cheaper and better looking haha😂😂😂😂
Is it Xbox compatible? Really want to jump into the Moza ecosystem but such limited Xbox options
This, Or the Leoxz XF1 Pro and 110 quid in my pocket, You guess.
