I absolutely love raft, its' one of the few games I've replayed a few times with friends who haven't played through the story. I'm sad as well as there's been no news or updates for so long. Even just to say, hey, we're working on this new game. I'm hoping that when they release the console port they'll release new content to have a look at. Even right at the end of raft when you complete the story it feels like there's a whole world out there to explore and find new things in.
We shall have to be patient on the matter. I have no problem waiting on the matter but I would love to be able to play Raft on the console with my friends . Same with Scrap Mechanic. 😊
I’m just under the impression that it’s just not coming to console unless they actually say something about this and give us some kind of update on what’s going on I’m just not gonna be buying anything from them moving forward if they don’t have enough respect for their customers and prospective customers to give us a update after two years
@@Kashmere34 which is completely unfair to fans. they either need to hire some help or a team to do it for them or lease/sell the IP to a team that would love to do the work. too many companies sitting on IPs letting them go to waste. I am not buying a gaming PC just to play a few games that I most likely will never finish or get my monies worth.
I had high hopes for news at gamescom.. Complete radio silence has been bs tbh.. I was blown away when 2 of my favourite games to watch my favourite streamers on was coming to console (Raft/Phasmophobia). Even though Phas got delayed to this year ATLEAST there has been communication between the devs n it's community.
I hope they announce this on the upcoming Xbox Partner Preview. I think I've played a bunch of Raft-like games in Minecraft. At this point, I just want to play the official Raft game for consoles.
There is nothing odd at all. They made a game, released it to 1.0 and categorically said that they were done with it. They are taking their own time doing what they want, they are a small studio and multi millionaires. They have the freedom to work at whatever pace they want.
Bro shut up 😂 don't say your gonna do something like release it on console and have zero communication with them for years. Not great for people looking forward to it.

I was literally just looking this game up yesterday to see if there was any new console information but there wasn't sadly

Idk call of duty is arguably worse.

Facts, by the end of the year they'll announce that porting to console has been cancelled because it was "too complicated"

They need to hurry the hell up, yo! I'm still pissed I bought that cheap o knockoff on XBOX Series X, what a disappointing venture that was!
