Nimona & Gloreth's relationship has been living in my head rent free ever since I watched this movie. I just want them to be happy. This is one of three edits of them that I've been working on simultaneously. This never happens to me.

Wow....this is absolutely beautiful! I love the beginning and how we see Nimona's deep connection first with Gloreth. How Gloreth comforts Nimona at first and made beautiful memories with Nimona. Then the switch to Ballister and Nimona's relationship hit me in the feelings and brought me almost to tears. Especially the part about "Still I wait for the day that she'd say I will always love you" with Nimona about to kill herself only for Ballister to stop her. I love the "lonely and forgotten, I never thought she would look my way and she smiled at me and held me" with Nimona collapsing in Ballister's arms is hauntingly beautiful because Ballister was able to still be there for her in ways Gloreth stopped. Gloreth did love Nimona, but she stopped because of her parent's fear of someone different and ended up hurting Nimona. But Ballister instead didn't stop reaching out to Nimona and caring about her. Ballister loves Nimona in a different way from Gloreth in a found family kinda way. The "When he loved me" with Nimona and Ballister hugging broke me emotionally to the point of tears. She now has someone who loves and cares about her! 😭💗🖤
