I just watched that episode today bc I was bored I can't wait till the second season

My one complaint with this episode was that in the manga, Marceille specifically combs her blood-soaked fingers through her hair, and the entire point of the necromantic spell was that this magic was bloody - none of the cleanness or well-manicured appearance of even the explosions she specialized in.
