I love House of Leaves! I read it many years ago but I want to read it again. I've seen it come up a lot lately, seems like it is having a comeback. I am very intrigued by The Turnglass and will have to check that out myself. Books that defy normal formatting and challenge the idea of a book are called ergodic literature. There are several RUclipsrs who have done videos specifically on ergodic literature, highly recommend!
Oh thank you very much for letting me know the term! 😍 I‘ll look for some RUclips videos to watch! I can’t wait to read it soon! 🤗📚 Have a lovely day! 🌸

I just discovered you, and loved this video so much🩷 I'm an annotating fanatic, but I keep it very simple. I use papermate felt-tip pens, usually a "medium color," and I have a small group of symbols which I always use. Recently, I've started using post-its and washi tape for longer quotes, which I write out with a fine-tip sharpie. I *love* how I finally have more space to write, and I love the look💜
Oh that sounds amazing!! 😍 I have to try out annotating with post-its soon! 😍 do you post pictures of your annotated books somewhere? (Instagram?) would love to see your annotating style! 🤗 thank you so much for watching, I‘m happy you liked it!! 💖
They are both from a German publishing house called „Nikol Verlagsgesellschaft“ (www.nikol-verlag.de) 🤗📚 I don’t know if they have english books as well… 🫣
Vienna looks beautiful! I loved the nature walks ❤
