I had the good sense to go to a Steve Smith clinic and I gotta say, it was inspiring, interesting, fascinating, enjoyable & mind-blowing to say the least. SECOND TO NONE. HIGHLY recommend!!!
Man, as I listen to this what truly amazes me is how he employs every single component of this drum kit. It just all needs to be there for him to execute this. And it's so musical. It's mind boggling to me, an old guy who can barely find his way around a five piece these days. It's all how you use it.

I love Sonor. Their hardware is simply, the least good of the main brands. That’s speaking for their Tom mounts too. Their amazing drums are worth it tho
