Such fun treats! You're always so creative. ❤ For me, it's all the little things that make Valentine's Day special. I've always felt that way. Silly things like heart shaped pancakes or waffles for breakfast to heart shaped sandwiches for lunch and heart shaped pizzas for dinner, homemade candies and other sweet treats like these. Maybe making some paper flowers or even simple red, white and pink paper chains to decorate with.
Your desserts were great! The cookies were perfect for letting kids help and Chloe modeled that well! But those apple pies were fantastic! I know they were delicious, but they were sooo pretty! They reminded me of the sorts of things we'd buy at the bakery when I was a child - before bakeries became outrageously expensive! I love that they were relatively simple, but looked so beautifully professional!
Weston busy cruising around and taking a break from his duties with the dust pan to collect a chocolate chip cracked me up! And Chloe is getting to be quite accomplished in the kitchen, helping out and giving a hand. Beautiful!

Looks great 👍 can you tell me what you put into the cake mix?
1/2 cup vegetable oil, 2 eggs, and 1/4 cup flour. Mix all together and add in 1 cup white chocolate chips and mix those in as well. I’m sure you could use semi sweet chocolate chips as well.
