    Questions: Will this consist of easy to find grocery items? Due to my schedule, I have to meal prep on the weekend. Is this possible?

      Hi! I definitely try to make the ingredients accessible for all that you can find in regular grocery stores. If you can’t find something in your regular grocery store, you’re more than welcome to substitute. I provide a list of substitutions as you need. You’re also more than welcome to prep over the weekend, and catch up with the meal plan as you need to.

      Hi Emily, the recipes are the same as last years leaner in 10, but the group coaching calls are always beneficial and relevant to help you through 💚

      Yes, this is something I will do. I took you 28 day course not long ago, and loved it. I really need to loose about 10 lbs.

    Are the recipes high in protein? I need to have 30 grams per meal

      The recipes are based on a Wfpb diet which is high carb. You still get an adequate amount of protein each day, but not as much as you are wanting to fit in.
