This one was really lucky because TikTok Germany commissioned me to make some educational DIY videos and I decided to experiment with transparent popits just so there's some variation. The method worked much better than I expected so I had to make some for RUclips as well!

Instead of using a face mask you can also use School glue optional paint and a bit of water. And you don’t have to do it on a rock you can also do it on plastic baking paper etc.

To make an easy pop it, you can get these foam sheets (the colorful ones used for crafting) cut a piece of that, then place a round object (like a ball or a sphere) underneath the piece and use a hairdrier or a heat gun to heat up the foam, therefore shaping the foam into the round piece. You can make as many as the poeces as you want and then just glue them onto a base. Got this diy from a channel here on youtube. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name. I hope you see this comment, since it would be a fun and easy craft. I love your channel and content💗
Hmmm. What if you make a crystal pop it out of shrinky dinks or similar product? Like, you draw a pretty big jellyfish with a hole, shrink it in the oven and then cut a circle out of more soft and pliable plastic to make a popping part. I feel like it would be way more durable, maybe even suitable as a keychain!
The ones with hard to peel masks worked really well for me, it kept me entertained for a long time and kept me from picking at my skin for a long time! Ty! Also can u make one for biting nails? Like something like home made chewables (yes I know those are mostly for babies but some people use them to prevent themselves from chewing on their nails)

I've got psoriasis and dermatillomania, and it's a very big problem, and honestly the face mask rocks are a great idea. I made a few yesterday and I keep them with me at all times bc they've given me the 'satisfaction' (i put it in quotes bc it's more of a need/compulsion than a 'i want to do this thing') so that I don't end up ruining my skin/hurting myself, and it makes me really really happy that you have that craft/hack in this video bc there's so little things that help people with problems like this. Keep up the amazing work!!!

omg! i have dermatillomania, and i always used to do stuff like that with school glue. it works really well on smooth plastic or even the palm of your hand, just pour or paint a thin layer of elmers glue over it, let it dry, and then peel. it's really nice because you can use the same surface multiple times. i'd love to see you make an aesthetic version of this little fidget hack!
You can also make the peeling stones using bottles of puffy paints! I don't know a crafter that doesn't have a few bottles of this in the back of the cabinet somewhere😁👍

Wow amazing I’ve gotten inspiration and made plenty of plastic pop it’s but since I couldn’t really find that much plastic I had to improvise and use tape!
The face mask being harder to peel off on the stone is actually better in my opinion, because that makes each "peeling session" last longer and also less repetitive. (Coming from a person who has a bad habit of picking their nails and then skin around them 😅) So in my opinion I think the way you did it works well, but it does depend on the person.
Little tip from someone who finally beat that habit after decades of suffering from it...cuticle snips are your best friend. If you clip any annoying bits of skin so that they're smooth and even with the surrounding skin, you won't obsess over the texture and pick. I wish I'd known about it earlier in life, but I pass along the info to anyone I think can benefit from it.

Yes that's a great tip! I thought that PVA glue must work too since it's the same ingredient as peel off masks.
