Sad that people seem to have forgotten that Segal was a popular leading man for almost 30 years. His television career of the last 30 years has wiped those memories away. Seen 10 of the first 20....now on to the Top 10. Seen #8 Bridge at Remagen....ok war movie #7 Where's Poppa...first time I saw this one I laughed alot...not so much the second time. #5 No Way To Treat A Lady is a good unknown thriller #4 Quiller Memorandum....good spy movie #3 Ship of Fools...great cast alright movie #2 King Rat....not as good as I thought it was going to be #1 Va Woolf....considered classic but not one I like at all....so that is 17 of the 30. Voted up and shared.

Hello Bruce, 17 out of 30 is very good, that's more than Flora's tally and mine put together. Closet Segal fan eh? [Bruce blushes] All 4 main actors in Virginia Woolf were Oscar nominated, the ladies won the guys lost. I feel sorry for Richard Burton, 7 Oscar nominations and no wins, but he did win 2 Globes and 2 Baftas. Thanks for the comment, vote and share, always appreciated.

"Who's afraid of Virginia Woolf" and a teleplay "Death of a Salesman" on TV where Lee J Cobb and George Segal played the main parts were my two favorite with George Segal.

Fair list but personally I would have had King Rat as number one. George was immense and I'm biased as it is one of my all time favourite films.

I'm not too familiar with George Segal's career and of the 6 films of his I've seen I watched for other actors. My favourite films are Ship of Fools which I've seen about a dozen times, and The Quiller Memorandum. I've also seen Rollercoaster, The Hot Rock, The Owl and the Pussycat, and I managed to get through Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf once. I have tried to watch King Rat, but I couldn't get through it.
Favourite posters and stills are from Ship of Fools, The Quiller Memorandum, The Bridge at Remagen , The Hot Rock, The Owl and the Pussycat, Last Command, The Terminal Man, Fun With Dick and Jane and the photo with Denzil Washington.

Hi Flora, surprised you haven't seen more of George Segal's films, I thought you would easily beat my tally of 8. Maybe they were too modern, or just not of interest? Anyway my favorites are - Bridge at Remagen, The Terminal Man and The Quiller Memorandum. I agree that Virginia Woolf is a bit of a chore to sit thru, 2 hours of shouts and insults. Thanks for commenting always appreciated, glad you liked the pictures and stills.

Regarding my low total, some films were too modern and others not of interest. However, as I said Ship of Fools is a big favourite of mine.

Hi there, I always seem to leave out someone's favorite. Not sure what happened to Russian Roulette, it wouldn't have been a high scorer, probably under 6. Sorry about that.
