I know this was a meme team, but it worked for me easily first try. I'm missing like 1 unit on every other team I found. But this was perfect.
is there any replacement for wb roger?

You should try this strat with other GV, like buggy or don kreig since you can get the level 3 mission
is the ship nessecary or can I just use the whale ship?

Mihawks special did not enough damage. Wasted 99 turns… you could have showed the characters stats at least
Mihawk's special deals 60% of the damage of normal attacks made 1 turn before, in the case of the video it was 60% of 302 million damage, so you need to deal a lot of damage in map 4 to be able to OHKO Mihawk.
