Gaara is hands down the BEST character in Naruto in my opinion. Dude got to be a badass for a while before getting so much growth that he was picked as Hokage.
Before people get confused, the one speaking about Kurara as his sister is actually Gaara's uncle Yashamaru. Rasa is remembering the words that Yashamaru spoke to him before Rasa sent him to try to kill Gaara.
